We finally got our selves an honest to goodness REAL President!!
I have believed in Barak Obama from the very start and even tho I am a 72 year old white female (former republican) I could hardly wait to cast my vote for this wonderful man. He will help us through this awful period in our history and bring us out on the other side, wiser and triumphant. After 8 long years of Bush we will at long last be able to hold up our heads again with pride in the international community. God bless American and God bless Barak Obama!!
Well FP congrats on the Obama win but I will disagree in the strongest terms here - on the contrary..... the long nightmare has just begun in ways that you just can't imagine. You wanted it, you got it and now you have to live with the consequences.
One question though to all - did anyone "count the cost" of having Obama as president? I seriously doubt anyone did otherwise we wouldn't be facing the future dismanteling of our way of government, our laws, our way of life and yes, if all get their way.... ultimately our constitution. By the way.... we've had honest to goodness real presidents in the past unfortunately Obama won't be rememberd in that way.
