Prayers for Minneapolis I-35W Bridge Victims

Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Minneapolis, where we have many friends and family. We pray especially for the families and friends of victims of this tragedy.

Star Tribune:

A Interstate Hwy. 35 bridge that spans the Mississippi River collapsed during Wednesday evening’s rush hour, sending dozens of cars plummeting into the water and crashing along the banks and roadways below...

Thanks for the prayers! I live in the Mpls. area, though I do not personally know anyone involved in the tragedy. I have been glued to my set all last evening and today saying prayers for those who do. Most of us blame our witless wonder of a governor for taking our surplus state dollars and putting them into stadiums rather than the repairs of our outdated highways. If you haven't, you should check out wcco.com for some before and after pictures of the bridge and videos. It's our own Ground Zero...
